Thermal fuse blown (again)
I replaced the fuse, Thermal Cutoff Kit p/n: 279769, less than a month ago & it’s blown again. Is there somewhere else I should be looking or just keep replacing fuses?
Error Code (if any): N/A

The thermal cut-off and high-limit thermostats on the heating element normally do not trip unless it is cycling on the high-limit or the element is grounded out. If a multimeter is available, the heating element can be tested for continuity to ground after unplugging the dryer power cord. If there is continuity, the heating element and the thermal cutoff kit would need to be replaced. If it is not grounded out, it is likely that the cycling thermostat is fused in a closed circuit and is causing the element to over heat.
