My dishwasher is leaving spot on the glass plus is not draining properly.
Any ideas?

Sounds a little like my problem (I posted yesterday at 2:05 PM, acstella).
Does your machine retain “dirty water” in between cycles? Combined with the heating at the end could cause the spotting. I am not sure what is wrong with my machne yet but I suspect the Drain - Pump may not be functioning correctly ($50 item on my unit GU2400XTPT7).
