Whirlpool Fridge cannot get to the evaporator coils

What happens & when: fan works, likely ice build up. Trying to get to evaporator to confirm

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: cannot get the back freezer panel off for the life of me. Tried pulling out and up/down, to the side. Nothing works.

Hi,

Total 100% guess…but it looks like the left side should pull out towards you and then the panel must be slide left to get past those shelf bumps on the right.

I only see an evaporator in the FZ section!?
