I recently in the last 2 months replaced the belt on my dryer now I went to start it as usual and I won’t start but the timer still runs. I umplugged it and plugged it back in, I checked the fuse box and the light in the dryer still works. The latch on the door works fine. I purchased it used on 3/4/11 this year but I’m not sure what is wrong. Please help.
I would first make sure I had the correct voltage to the dryer.
How do I check the voltage to my electric dryer?
If the voltage is correct then I would check the thermal fuse inside the dryer.
