ran self clean cycle but now neither bake or broil element come on.Lower oven still works and all other functions work fine.

On the back of the upper oven there is a thermal overload.
It’s #37 in this diagram for your double oven.
This is the thermal overload it self.

It’s job is to kill the power to the heating elements if the oven gets to hot.
I find that they often fail after a self cleaning cycle.
With the power disconnected from the oven I would remove the wires from the thermal overload and check it with a ohm meter. If it’s bad it will check open or in other words you will get no reading on your ohm meter.
