Whirlpool Electric Double Wall Oven electronic display does not light up

Main Symptom: no lights on electronic display
What happens & when: Whirlpool Electric Double Wall oven (built in). Buttons beep when touched. Nothing on display lights up, therefore oven is not operational. Interior lights work on both ovens. It worked fine when we left in the fall. Just arrived this spring and it doesn’t work. We reset the double circuit breaker, and got a beep when the breakers were turned back on. No error codes. Oven is approximately 20 years old. Is it possible and/or worth trying to fix?

There is a control transformer that you will want to test. There should be 120 vac going into it and 24 vdc coming out of it. If the voltage is incorrect then this will be the issue.
