I unhooked my water lines to move washer…When I hooked everything back up and started a wash cylce i forgot to turn water on so it threw a code…Upon turning on water,NOW all I get is a flashing “DOOR LOCKED” light and the door is locked…no response from any controls…It will not reset…open..run..All I get is the discharge pump and flashing light
Any Ideas??? Please and thank you…
These Duets are great when they work but when they do not even Whirlpool trained techs have problems.
I assume you have accessed the tech sheet under the top, but if not take a look and see if you can generate any error codes or put it into diagnostic mode. If you have and cannot get anything I would conclude that the main board was damaged during the move.
If it is less than 1 year old it should be under factory warranty, if not you may want to replace the main control board and if you buy it from this site and it does not fix things you can return it.
