Whirlpool Duet Washer-normal Cycle

HI,

I have a whirlpool duet front load washer with tumble fresh option. I have to get the part number, once my husband gets finished. We noticed a leak from the bottom right shipping bolt hole. This leak only occurs when the washer is trying to fill in the normal cycle. I have tried running the washer during all other cycles, and nothing happens. We have checked all outside hoses…still nothing. What is going on? And what is the actual purpose of the shipping bolt hole covers?

Well this is unusual. The covers should have no impact, and if you have a leak it should happen on all cycles.

I would take off the lower service panel and check out the pump and hoses and check the drain in the boot that lets water out when it accumulates in there.
