Washer drain pump went bad, replaced it and then I started getting an F-11 error then an F-28 error, both indicate aserial communication error. Went through all the trouble shooting guidelines and found nothing wrong. Replaced the CCU board and now the washer will go through the fill cycle (4 minutes) then just shuts off (powers down). HELP?
These Duets are very difficult to troubleshoot, particularly this kind of problem.
About all I can say is to check the wiring through the door switch as that is frequently a problem on these models. If it all checks out try replacing the door lock assembly. If you purchase the parts from this site and it does not fix things you may be able to return them for a refund; check the returns policy on this site.
