I moved into a new home about 3 weeks ago and the whirlpool duet 4.0cu.ft. washer seems to be leaving the clothes soaked after cycle. It spins but not very fast. Any ideas of what I can try as I’m not very familiar with this washer, never owned a front load washer before. Thanks
I have since used the washer and noticed that when in Normal cycle mode it spins on high and seems to work fine. I previously had it set on Rinse, drain and spin and it wasn’t spinning on high. Not sure why this would only work on Normal cycle mode. Any ideas of what it could be and how I can check. Thanks
