I have a whirlpool duet washer, model number WFW9200SQ. It is showing an error code of f-11 on the display. As far as I can tell after removing the top and front panel. all of the wiring is intact. I did find one loose connector on the CPU circuit board and put that back as it should be, I then plugged the machine in and tried to run it. The error code did not go away. This is a last resort, the machine is still under an extended warranty through the Navy Exchange, but they are having difficulty finding someone who will come out to my home to repair the machine. I live in a remote area, 30 plus miles from the nearest laundry mat. I am getting desperate here.:mad:
According to the Tech sheet, the F11 error code means “Motor control unit error”. If there is nothing wrong with the wire harness, then looks like the motor control unit (MCU) has to be replaced.
If you need the correct part number, post the complete model number of the washer. The model number you already posted is incomplete.
