The “Controls Locked” light is on. Pressing the “Air Dry” button per the manual to turn it off does nothing. I have power thru the Thermal Fuse and the Door latche switches. Removed all connectors on the control and replugged in with no change. The “Normal” cycle hasn’t worked for years, only the “Heavy Cycle” up until today. Pressing the “Rinse Only” / “Pots & Pans” / “Heavy” buttons makes the “Controls Locked” light blink. Other buttons do nothing. Turned off ciruit breaker for a half hour hoping it would reboot OK but no change. So how do I figure out what to check next?
I was able to download the two Whirlpool presentations KD-10 & 11 from “denman’s” reply on the same model number back on 12-16-2009 but the tech sheet would not load as it must be looking for a password.
