Main Symptom: Doesn’t drain after final spin
What happens & when: When the entire wash is complete the clothes are always soaked. It was doing this sporadically but now does it on every load. I can turn the dial to drain and spin cycle and it will spin and drain as normal. I replaced the shift actuator but that did not solve the problem . Thanks for any advice on troubleshooting and repair.

Check to make sure that the tub is not getting off balance as this could cause an incomplete spin. If the tub is getting off balance then this will likely be the suspension rods that are causing this.

I continued using the spin and drain after unfinished loads until yesterday. It stopped at the spin cycle and when I tried the spin and drain it hummed and eventually quit. I used a shop vac to remove most of the water and tried it again. It began to spin slowly and stopped. I removed all but a handful of wet clothes and it would spin faster but still not drain or spin at high speed. I removed all water and clothes and rain the spin and drain cycle and it operated as normal. Where should I look for worn or malfunctioning parts? Thanks!
