Whirlpool doesn’t drain on final spin

Main Symptom: Doesn’t drain after final spin
What happens & when: When the entire wash is complete the clothes are always soaked. It was doing this sporadically but now does it on every load. I can turn the dial to drain and spin cycle and it will spin and drain as normal. I replaced the shift actuator but that did not solve the problem . Thanks for any advice on troubleshooting and repair.

Check to make sure that the tub is not getting off balance as this could cause an incomplete spin. If the tub is getting off balance then this will likely be the suspension rods that are causing this.

Thank you for the suggestion. It operates smoothly with a large load or small. No banging or shaking.
