Stopped working. The light locked is lit and stays on. Will not run. I turned power off for 30 seconds. No difference. Any ideas

You need to get the lock light turned off.
Look in your owners manual for the instructions on how to unlock it.
Maybe able to press and hold the button by the lock like for 5 seconds to turn it off.

Where can I get a copy of the owners manual?? (free perferably) I have tried serval web sites put you have to pay for it
