My 6 year old whirlpool disherwasher will continually keep running the washing cycle timer dosen’t count down. What part would I need to try to fix this myself?
As part of normal operation, the dishwasher pauses 2 or 3 times during the cycle for thermal holds and advances once temperature is met. If the inlet water temperature is less than 120°F, it could take up to 3 1/2 hours to finish a cycle.
