My soap dispenser door doesn’t spring open like it used to dispensing the soap properly. After the cycle is finished I find the soap half dissolved in the bottom of the dishwasher. The only thing i can see could be causing this is that the dispenser door is not spring loaded anymore. Can I get a new spring to fix this issue or do I have to buy the whole assembly to reslove this issue?
My wife is getting restless waiting for a response from a tech. This is our second post on the same topic in two weeks. Please advise!
