Whirlpool dishwasher replacement circulator pump (Askoll M310) does not work properly

Main Symptom: Cirulator pump works intermittently
What happens & when: Replacement pumps (2 from Amazon) make grinding noise, then runs smoothly for about 30 seconds, turns off for about 30 seconds then repeats this process a few times then will not start again.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Askoll M310 (2 from Amazon exhibit same behavior)

I always recommend using the OEM parts for replacement. Also check that the wiring and connections are correct.
