Hi folks, Im a newbee here with a problem…The normal and clean lights are flashing on my dishwasher. Anyone know the reset code for my unit? Its a Whirlpool quiet partner II and its about 6 years old. Ive researched it but couldnt find my exact issue experienced by anyone else. Thanks in advance!

Hi Mark,
Most likely the problem is a bad keypad but there is a small chance for the control board to be bad as well. Perform the “Checking keypad operation” test as instructed in the attached tech sheet and post the results.

Thanks Gene! Where is the thermistor or OWI sensor that the sheet tells you to unlug twice within 6 seconds, and where is the control that they refer to?
