Whirlpool dishwasher has power but doesn't run cycle

Main Symptom: Will not turn run cycles
What happens & when: Have changed water inlet valve (part from APP). Panel lights up, has power but will not run cycles or starts then stops mid cycle. Soap dispenser opens but dishwasher stops and stalls mid cycle. Maybe only runs 5 mins. Control panel?

Often, this issue is caused by an activated Control Lock, an unlatched door, a Delay Start setting, Checking these items first can often get the appliance working again.

It’s also a good idea to check the float switch to make sure it’s operating properly. The float switch sends a signal to the control board when the dishwasher has reached the correct water level, allowing the wash cycle to begin. If the float switch is not functioning correctly, the dishwasher may not start the cycle.
