Main Symptom: Lid not locking
What happens & when: Washing Machine will not run as if the lid is open. I’m not sure if there’s a way to pull a diagnostic code. Can’t find info online on how to repair.

Using the tech sheet packaged with the machine, place the unit into diagnostic test mode and run the diagnostics, checking for any error codes. Remember to activate the test mode; the process should be completed within six seconds.
