Whirlpool Agitator is loose

Main Symptom: Agitator is loosely turning both directions
What happens & when: Everything looks to be working properly; the agitator is just loose and I am not sure exactly which parts to replace. The whole assembly is NLA.

Is it the top section of the agitator that is loose and rotating both directions or is it the entire thing including the base of the agitator? If it is the entire thing, did the mounting bolt under the cap come loose?
