I would get a GE, their refrigeration systems are very reliable. They also have redesigned motherboards that seem to be more reliable. Just make sure you get a service sheet with it before buying.

Hi can you tell me what a service sheet is? this is a sears outlet refrigerator

For all refrigerators, it is a service sheet showing the schematic plus compressor and other component data useful for a service person.If you shop at Sears, get them to tell you what brand they are selling.
