Water valve inlet issues

Main Symptom:new water inlet spraying stream of water above the valve electrical.
What happens & when:upon installing had to removed old water inlet valve and replaced it with new water inlet valve. The item is brand new and follow every step from YouTube video still don’t understand why it spray stream of water above the inlet electrical. I had order it this pass Monday and received it the next day. I wonder if this symptoms is defected from factory installation.

Parts or tests already tried:swap it back to original no water leak only the new parts I had ordered

Sound like something was left loose or not installed or the part is cracked or damaged…take it out and recheck the part and the connections.

I had recheck everything number of time. I even reassured that the rubber seal were in place, still the same issues going on. The water valve were spraying stream of water upon turn on and turn it off and notice it’s coming from the valve, I believed it’s a defective parts. I had compare to my original old parts and doesn’t do that only the new parts. Idk what else I could do is just get a replacement. I had appliances tech to check it out he said it’s a defective parts need to request a new parts. Look like the hot water inlet has a small micro peep holes that wasn’t proper installed from factory.
