So I was helping a friend troubleshoot his fridge.
When facing the fridge, water was slowly leaking towards the front right. Now it could be related to the slope of the floor. Not sure.
When we pulled the unit out, there was a good size puddle of water more so on the right side(facing front of fridge).
We checked:
freezer was about 0 deg on setting 5.
no ice at bottom of freezer
no water at bottom of refrigerator
freezer drain hole all clear. at least appeared so because there was frozen blockage in the hole.
removed back panel, did not see any visible leaks.
Coils where very dirty…so gave those a brush and a vacuum.
Do you think it’s the dirty coils or something else?
water drips every day or two out beyond the fridge..
I see there are water valves for the unit…but I wasn’t paying attention where they are.
Does anyone have a service manual and other things to try?

Dirty coils would not cause water so I would say something else.

This does sort of point to it being related to the defrost which usually happens every couple of days but cannot say for sure as it may also be from the icemaker making ice every couple days.

Take a look at section 07 in the parts.
The valves are on the right side.
I cannot tell which side the drip tray is. It may be cracked.
Perhaps a better look for a calcium trail left by the water could tell you which is causing the leak.
You could try shutting the water off to the valves.
If it still leaks then you know it is probably the drip tray.
