the water will not shoot up through the hose, but when i hold the hose down it will drain fine. i believe that it may just be clogged because it was in storage for awhile and not run thru a cycle with just water. how can i check to see what the problem is?
Remove the washer cabinet and the pump. Remove the hoses from the pump and check them. Check the pump for a foreign objects inside. Disassembly instructions are attached to the reply.
