I purchased a water pump 3363394 this should be the replacement for part 3352492. I can not get the replacement pump 3363394 to fit the whole is to small. Am I doing something wrong. I do not want to force it because it may damge the part. Help!

I am not aware of any problems with this pump,

Are you sure you removed any debris or build up in the motor shaft, you may need to. And you’re sure you’re aligning the the impeller drive lug(center of the bottom) to the cut out for the motor drive shaft. Once you get the shaft and lug aligned and partially seated on the shaft, you can turn the pump body,to align it to the mounting tabs on the motor and clip it back into position.
