Water on floor under bottom-type freezer model

Main Symptom:water on floor, 1” of ice in bottom pan under pull out drawers on this bottom freezer model. Easy to access drain? How?

You will want to remove the drawer and clear out the ice. Then you will want to pull the rear cover in the freezer compartment off and then will need to clear the ice from the drain trough under the evaporator and then flush the drain line with hot water. Once this is done, go to the back of the unit and take the drain tube off and make sure that the duck bill in it is not clogged which is the most likely cause.
