What happens & when:

Behind the back of the refrigerator liner, water is pooling underneath (what I believe is) the condenser and flowing down the back of the refrigerator panel, leaving rust stains and pooling below the crisper drawers. When I look underneath the refrigerator, no water is being discharged into the evaporator drip tray. I believe something is blocked but have no idea what…PLEASE HELP!

The best approach is an air tank to blow out the drain tube. If the tube has collapsed then replace the tube. If it is frozen then use a turkey baster and push warm water into the drain until it is thawed out.

How do I know which tube and how do I access it? Thank you very much!!!

Also, if you have the name of the replacement part as a reference, I may opt just to buy a new one and replace as well. Just need to know which tube to replace. thank you!
