With a small leak still occurring, has the dishwasher been verified to be level? Also, if the spray arms are inspected, are there any clogged jets or cracks in the housing? A clogged jet or a crack in a spray arm can affect how the water moves in the tub and cause a leak to occur.

Confirmed level and no apparent cracks in spray arms. Will check the holes.

My latest theory is the moist air from the vent duct is condensing on the back side of front door panel. I placed a small sponge in “gutter” under vent duct. It does get slightly damp so not leaking onto floor.

This gutter stayed dry and only got wet when vent fan started venting. Have only run dishwasher twice since sponge was installed. Thanks for your help.

It is possible that the steam from the vent is condensing prematurely. If this is the case, it could be caused by a crack in the vent, or the fan is not pushing air properly, resulting in the steam being able to accumulate in the door panel. This would definitely be worth keeping an eye out for.
