I have the referenced and want to change the water inlet valve. I have been directed to part no. AP3672839. My question is "What type of connection does this part have for the inlet line from the faucet? That is is it a screw type, quick connect, etc. The one on there now is a screw type and if the new ones are not, what to I do to converst from my threaded line from the faucet to the new type of connector. I cannot tell what type of connecter from the pictures on the web site. Thank you.
There is a screw type (threaded) connection for the incoming water line and quick type connections for the ice maker and water dispenser lines. The incoming water line connection is covered with the black cover shown on the following picture
