Hi, I can’t figure out how to get the water filter out of the refridge, it looks like it just turns. We’ve tried turning it. However, we don’t want to turn to hard and break it. Could you please help me with information on changing this water filter?
Turn it 90 degrees to the LEFT and PULL, It should offer a little resistance, but come rite out!!!
