Turn the water off at the back of the refrigerator until you can determine the problem. Either the water valve is stuck open or the icemaker has failed in a fill position
I just purchased and set up a Samsung side by side and the water won’t shut off. The water is coming from a silicon covered tube located in the ceiling above the ice maker. I am guessing that there is some overflow switch that is not working. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
