Water is collecting in the bottom of refrigerator, then freezes, I have had the
setting on 5 all the way to 1 and at setting 1 the water collected but does not
freeze:confused:
Sally, Jeff will be here Monday, gather your model number and serial number if available. Mine is located on a white sticker on the left side refrig compartment wall. Do you have the typical top mount freezer/bottom refrig unit? I just went through the same thing—your auto defrost water outlet hose is not draining properly, so the water collects in the bottom of the refrigerator compartment, below the veg crispers. The defrost water pathway, catch basin or the hose itself is plugged with something. My hose was plugged. Anyway, repost again Monday if Jeff doesn’t pick up on the thread. Jost
