Based on the info provided…1. is there ice in the bucket and it is not dispensing, or 2. is there no ice in the bucket or ice maker?
The ice maker works fine and fills the bucket. However, when switching from water to ice the motor does not work. (we installed a new one) there is humming sound when pushing the pad ,but no turning of the arm/coupling. It is a rental unit so ice may have clumped up between guests and caused damage, which is why we got a new motor thinking that to be the issue. But did not solve problem. Kenmore model 106.51783 412.
