Washing not draining at the end

I don’t know anything about washing machine, I am disable I did see a video on Filter traps being clogged but it was not my model or washer type, I just need to know how to get to the filters to check them please help. Jerry

My GE Washer Model# WCVH6260FWW CYCLE It’s wash and clock stops 18 min.s left in the wash with water in the Tub, it is a Front Loader it locks when washing please inform me of where I can check the Filters so that I can clean them out to see if that’s the problem or I might need a new part. Thank You if you can answer my trouble shoot. Jerry

the filter cap is located behind the lower panel, below the door. there are a few screws holding the panel in place. all you need is a phillips screwdriver and a bucket to catch the water if the washer is still full, or lots of towels if your washer isn’t on a pedistol. once the panel is removed you can see the cap. turn it approximately one quarter turn counter clockwise and pull. but be ready to catch any water that is trapped behind the debris in the filter.
