I have a kenmore washing machine 400 series model #11028422700 that vibrates alot when in spin cycle. I change the Balance Ring and the Tub Pads, level the machine but it still vibrates. Any other parts that i need to change?

So, you replaced all six damper pads? During that process, you should check to make sure the metal surfaces that move around on those pads are thoroughly clean. Those areas can get gummed up preventing things from being able to move about smoothly. Also, check the three horizontal suspension springs and the vertical counterweight spring at the rear of the tub. Another possibility is that the tub drive block is worn. Could also be that a sock has gotten between the tubs. You would have to pull the inner tub to investigate that.
