Washing machine wont aggitate in Normal

Main Symptom: wont aggitate in Normal at all. Will aggitate in Heavy (But requires to circle back dial back to Heavy to get aggitate to start) when it gets to Normal timer still clicking but wont start aggitating until it get to Lite (you can start dial at lite and it will aggitate)

That could be the timer WP22001638, especially since it seems to be agitating in other cycles.
