My Whirlpool ultimate care 2 washing maching is making a loud noise. My guess is it is happening during agitation. We have changed the dogs and cam but still hear the load noise. The sound is extremely loud. What else can we do?

Well it is hard to diagnosse a noise like yours without being there, but I am guessing the problem is with the brakes hanging up.
Take off the cabinet, by pass the lid switch and see if you can determine the location of the noise. If it appears to come from under the tub, check out the brakes. See Richappy’ Sticky at the top of this page for more info.
