Washing machine has no power

we had a bad storm the other day and now it will not come on. there is power to the outlet. think i need to replace the control board??? nothing lights up.

Hi.

Check for 120VAC at the control board plug CN5 pin1(wh) and pin3(blu).
If you have 120v there - replace the control board.
If not - bypass the noise filter #27 at the diagram 1.
