You should have received a instruction sheet explaining how to program the new board. Without the programming, it will not work. Did you receive the instruction sheet?
Yes, and that’s where the problem arises. When I plug the machine in, all the led lights blink like it says it will. Then I’m supposed to press start to choose a personality. When I press start, everything goes blank and nothing responds. They sent me another board and the same results.
Have you tried the field service mode ?
I did with the last board and it would never light up to let you know anything. Once you mash start, everything goes blank and won’t come back on. I can put the original board back in and it works. It still jumps between hours and minutes and cycles, but it works. The new ones won’t get past the start button.

Yes. Both the boards sent to me are that number.

Not really, if the part is correct, it comes down to programming.
How am I supposed to program a board that won’t go to the next step?
