What happens & when: On spin cycle the washing machine sounds like it is starting to spin, but the tub is not spinning at all. On wash cycle water fills up but when wants to start to agitate it just makes a buzzing noise for about a minute then clicks off.

If you can spin the tub by hand relatively easily then this is an issue with the motor WH49X10035 most likely.
