Frigidaire laundry center won’t drain please advise. See wire diagram.
Timer lable and information
Motor runs on wash and unit fills. Drain is not plugged.
No burned contact at timer
If the model number of the appliance could be provided, it will let the most accurate information be provided. From what it looks like, the drain pump is probably the failure but the wiring diagram would indicate it is a mechanical pump not an electrical pump.
It’s mechanical pump. The unit goes quite when set to drain spin leading me to think the timer is shot ?
The timer arrives in 10 days.
More than likely, the timer is the issue from what it sounds like.
Hi all,
Without a model#, total guess but it appears that wash motor is a forward/reversing motor. It runs in one direction to wash/agitate and in the other or opposite direction to drain and spin.
What happens instead of draining?
Sits there dead?
Washer spins but no water drains out?
A little or some water drains out?

It sits dead with no movement during the drain spin cycle.
Lid switch, timer, wire to the motor or motor itself would -seem- to be prime suspects.

New used timer did not fix the problem of no drain.
Question- the unit fills and agitates but still won’t drain and spin . If the lid switch is bad would the unit still fill and agitate. ?
You mentioned wire at motor are you saying look for a broken terminal At motor or hit motor with a hammer
Fill, normally yes.
Agitate, most times yes but not always.
The spin will never happen if the lid switch fails.
Yes, sometimes an off-balanced load can damage the wire harness or even yank off a wire.
