washer will not drain

The ub will spin the agitator is moving and the hoses are clear. I replaced the pump. The water will drain into the pump but will not go through the hose to the sink. please help

Remove the front panel and check the pump belt tension (instructions are attached). Make sure the belt is not worn out. If it is, replace both belts together.
