We have a 9 year old Maytag which is in perfect shape, but lately has started vibrating in the spin cycle that we cannot even go outside with it on. It washes fine. My husband is a very good mechanic and would like to fix it. Maytag cannot help. If we knew what part was defective, we could fix it. Otherwise we will have to get a new machine. This vibrating is on any size load, not every time, but is getting more frequent, the machine walks about several inches in the floor, occurs on any type of clothes. Please help.
