Washer smells like bandages during spin cycle

Main Symptom:smells like bandages during spin cycle. Drive belt looks good.
What happens & when: it seems to be getting off balance a lot lately. I ran a calibration the other day that seemed to help with getting off balance but it still has this smell.

Check the pulley at the bottom of the washer to make sure that it is not loose and rubbing the cover. This would be the most likely cause and would just need to put blue loctite on the threads and put the bolt back in place.

The nut on the pulley is nice and snug. The belt looks to be tracking nicely on the pulley. No damage to the belt shroud.
