washer doesnt spin all the water out of the clothes what would cause this

There are three potential causes

  1. The washer is not spinning fast enough.

  2. The pump is partially broken

  3. There is an obstruction in the drain from the tub to the pump, in the pump or in the hose from the pump.

This last one is most likely, check it out first.
