The washer will not engage the Rinse or Spin Cycle. It agitates, but will not drain when I turn it on the Rinse Cycle nor will it Spin on the Spin Cycle. The washer will agitate on each washer setting, but it will not drain on Rinse Cycle nor will it engage on Spin Cycle. Thank you for your help

I believe you used the wrong number(I think you used the serial number instead of the model number),
Please recheck and supply the proper model number.
What kind of noises, if any does the machine make when the dial is in spin/ drain or rinse cycle ?
