Power to washer indicated by cycle options illuminating when selected however washer doens’t run. Water doesn’t flow and after about 10 seconds, the illuminated cycle selected deluminates.

Try the service test to see if anything will run.
Check that the water valve is getting power (120 volts) when it should.
If yes and there is no water flow the valve’s inlet filter screen is plugged or the valve is toast.
If no voltage check that the float (overflow) switch is closed.
Check that the wires from the timer to the valve have continuity.
Check that both door switches are OK.
