Washer not going into cycle

Main Symptom: won’t start
What happens & when: when start button is pushed it runs a few sprays of water and then just clicks this happened after changing clutch and spring and actuator shifter

I’m not finding that model # but I’m assuming you meant HTW240ASK6WS.

I’m attaching the tech sheet below. I’d go into consumer error mode to check for codes and then service mode to check functionality of components.
