Washer Leaks While Set At "extra Large Load"?

I will only be here 5 days.:frowning: An elderly lady says her washer is leaking possibably when it it set for (extra large load). As I moved the washer there
was puddled water under the unit.I placed paper under the whole washer. I ran an “extra large” cycle without the clothes. The results were; no signs of water. Is there a common part that is normally replaced in a situation like this or are there more checks/tests I need to prefom? Your expertise in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
